What were our challenges?
Online distribution was needed for a physical book store with multiple titles available in limited quantities. They already stocked and sold several thousand books, categorizing them by ISBN, author, genre, and type.When multiple books were ordered, the shipping cost had to be calculated using an algorithm so that the buyer would not incur check here expensive shipping costs.It was critical that admin could fulfill orders placed by buyers from anywhere in the world.
The solutions that we offer
Using our web-based application, admins were able to bulk upload product titles and images directly from their admin panel to make them available online.Admins could manage shipping costs based on the amount of products purchased for local, national, and international deliveries.Buyers can search by ISBN, Title, Author Name, & Genre for products uploaded.Even when a product wasn't in stock, the system allowed an admin to place an order offline for later delivery.
